Skewgenuity Learning & Behavior Consulting provides educational consultation and coaching services only. Services are not medical, psychological, or legal in nature.

• I do not provide medical diagnoses, psychological diagnoses, or special      education eligibility determinations.
• I do not replace evaluations conducted by licensed psychologists,      physicians, or school district evaluation teams.
• Any recommendations provided are educational in nature and intended to support planning, instruction, and advocacy.
• Families remain responsible for all educational and medical decisions regarding their child.

Although services are provided by an experienced educator, Skewgenuity Learning & Behavior Consulting operates solely in a private, independent capacity.

• I do not represent any school district.
• I do not provide services on behalf of any district.
• I do not access or use any school district records, systems, or resources.
• I do not accept clients who are currently enrolled in the school district      where I am employed.

Educational progress depends on many factors, including student needs, consistency of implementation, and external supports. While every effort is made to provide high-quality, evidence-based guidance, no specific outcomes or school decisions can be guaranteed.

Client information is treated as private and confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing educational consultation services, except as required by law.

 I work with families who are seeking educational guidance, planning, and support around learning, behavior, and individualized supports. This includes:

• Homeschool families seeking help understanding their child’s learning needs
• Families who want support reviewing an IEP, 504 plan, or learning plan
• Caregivers who want help:
  • Understanding assessment results
  • Clarifying strengths and needs
  • Building practical accommodations and strategies
  • Setting up progress monitoring
  • Preparing for school meetings or transitions
• Families who are looking for coaching, planning, and educational consultation (not diagnosis or eligibility decisions)
• Students and families not enrolled in the school district where I am currently employed

My work focuses on clarity, planning, skill-building, and advocacy support in a collaborative, family-centered way—so families can navigate learning and behavior with confidence.

To maintain ethical, professional boundaries and avoid conflicts of interest, Skewgenuity Learning & Behavior Consulting does not provide services to:

• Students who are currently enrolled in the school district where I am employed
• Students or families I currently teach, serve, or support in my school role
• Families seeking:
  • Medical or psychological diagnoses
  • Special education eligibility determinations
  • Legal representation or legal advice
• Situations where my involvement would create a dual relationship or conflict of interest
• Requests to use school district records, systems, or resources on a family’s behalf

If a family’s needs fall outside this scope, I’m always happy to suggest appropriate next steps or referrals to licensed professionals or school-based teams.
